Yulia Goff, Financial Director
Yulia joins the Inclusion Center with a wealth of professional experience, including grant writing, grant administration, event planning, and donor management. She has worked with government and corporate entities, as well as foundations and private donors, and employed a wide array of fundraising strategies to secure gifts from individuals and organizations. Most recently, Yulia successfully took part in the Dream 125 capital campaign at Weber State University.
Yulia grew up in the diverse city of Odessa, Ukraine, and became attuned to issues of social justice early in her life. Her lengthy career in higher education and her volunteer experience reflect her deep commitment to teaching, supporting, and engaging with those who are underrepresented or disadvantaged, including teaching English to low-income immigrants, educational access and outreach, and the empowerment of women.
In her personal life, Yulia is an avid reader, admirer of the arts, and an occasional—and very happy—cook. She relishes the time with her friends and family, especially her two wonderful children. Email: email@example.com
Spencer Terry, Executive Director
Since his first lessons at Inclusion Center's program in 1997, Spencer has committed himself to a life of building lasting relationships and bridges. Spencer directed programs for the Utah and Nebraska branches of the National Conference for Community and Justice (now the Inclusion Center) from 2000 to 2009. His additional careers in the last 20 years match his education in Business Management and Human Resources that relocated him throughout the country. While he was away from Utah, Spencer founded a community based non-profit, served as city councilman, and was a regional event director, division manager, and executive hotelier.
Spencer surrounds himself with loved ones, including his life partner and wife Kimberly, a Pharm.D., who share passions as outdoor enthusiasts, global travelers, vegetarian foodies, animal lovers, unconventional nonconformists and ardent environmentalists. They have four children: a daughter, a dog and two cats.
