Since the 60's, the ICCJ has dedicated our work to building more respectful, inclusive and diverse work and living spaces. Today, our workshop curriculum focus on today's topic's, merged with outcomes based on our clients needs, while still delivering our legacy work of relationship building, stereotype breaking, bias awareness, understanding systems of exclusion, dialogue, and action planning. We love building long term relationships and partnerships, allowing us to build curriculum designed specifically for our clients' measurable objectives. Workshops are generally facilitated by our staff on our client's property, in 2, 4, or 7 hour increments, with a focus of interaction and engagement rather than just staring at a powerpoint, with a maximum of 40 participants.

Inclusive Spaces
Developed for educators, nonprofit groups, public and private businesses, governments, university departments and other organizations. Inclusive Spaces fosters inclusion through education, discussion, and self-awareness rather than limiting our efforts to blame, societal rules or ignoring the topic all together. The training includes curriculum that matches some minor themes in Inclusive Insights I and II, but is tailored specifically as an entry point of understanding, and overall introduction to diversity and inclusionary work.
Inclusive Insights (I)
Develops new capabilities among leaders to ensure that our businesses, organizations, and institutions are inclusive and empowering to all. Using in-depth discussion and interactive exercises, Inclusive Insight (I) introduces themes of multiculturalism, personal bias awareness, prejudice reduction, relationship building, and cultural competency. Offered in both four-hour (half day) and seven-hour (full day) impactful sessions.
Inclusive Insights (II)
Designed as a long-term relationship and collaborative partnership, this workshop covers a range of topics beginning with the themes mentioned in Inclusive Insight I (see above), and continuing on to more advanced topics such as institutional discrimination, privilege, and in-depth discussions based on our client's objectives. The content, outcomes and timetable of these courses are customized to meet our client's specific needs. Focus groups can be organized to empower groups, identify priorities and create action plans, while fostering teamwork and community building.
Anti-Bullying
Specially designed to clarify the relationship between bullying, harassment, discrimination and identify what procedures and action steps must be taken to comply with state and federal law. Inclusion Center often co-facilitates this workshop with the Utah State Board of Education - Educational Equity Section.
